Designed for high restoring force combined with low starting force for levels where differential sticking may occur and low running & starting forcesare desirable with high restoring force to maintain proper casing stand off. Collars are of special design with roll formed peripheral ridges which provide extra rigidity and minimizes out of round distortion in shipping.

 Welding of bows to collars is carried out under controlled conditions to ensure crack free weld with minimum distortion and maximum rigidity.

Design and processing features for hinges, hinge pins , bow springs are similar as hinged non welded bow spring centralizers. Bows can be configured from a choice of seven standard bow heights for optimum starting & restoring forces. They are available in all sizes ranging from 2 ⁷/₈" till 30".

These are generally shipped in half assembled condition for economy in shipping and storage costs. Centralizers undergo a special process of rust prevention before painting .
