Operational and general design features are the same as
Hinged Welded bow spring Centralizers.
Collars are of special design with roll formed peripheral
ridges which provide extra rigidity and minimizes out
of round distortion in shipping.
Welding of bows to collars is carried out under controlled
conditions to ensure crack free weld with minimum distortion
and maximum rigidity.
Bows can be configured from a choice of seven standard
bow heights for optimum starting & restoring forces.
They are available in all sizes ranging from
2 7/8" till 30".
Centralizers undergo a special process of rust prevention
before painting . Slip on centralizers are provided for
direct installation on pipe by slipping on and can be
provided with set screws for elimination of stop collars.
They are shipped in assembled conditions only. |
