The Semi Rigid Centralizers of Casewell
has the ability to withstand high lateral load encountered.
Its Semi Rigid design increases the ratio of restoring
force to moving force. It has the ability to withstand
compressive loading while running in the wellbore due
to its non-weld design. The spring characteristics of
its double crested profile permit compression to facilitate
movement through tight spots and dog legs. Semi
Rigid Centralizers increase contact area for less bow
penetration into the formation and helps in complete
mud removal while cementing.
Bows can be configured for any hole dia from choice
of five standard bow heights for optimum starting and
restoring forces. Centralizers undergo a special process
of rust prevention before painting. Casewell’s
Semi Rigid Centralizers are available for close tolerance
applications and can be installed over Stop Collars.
These are available in all sizes ranging from 3½"
to 20".
