Designed for positive centralization
of casing pipe for highly deviated and horizontal wells
fitted with specially designed U shaped bows for maximum
fluid flow but retaining required rigidity for 100% stand
off (concentricity) even in deviated and horizontal wells.
Collars with integral hinges and hinge pins are of same
design and have similar processing features as Standard
Centralizers. Bows can be selected to meet any hole diameter
from a choice of ten standard U profile depths and bow
heights.
Bows are of high quality alloy steel for consistent characteristics.
They are available in all sizes ranging from 3½”
to 20”. Compatibility of the bows with various end
collar sizes reduce inventory requirements and provides
tremendous flexibility of casing and hole size combinations.
Centralizers undergo a special process of rust prevention
before painting. These can be shipped in half assembled
condition for economy in shipping and storage costs. |
